I want to borrow from a Pak Gulf leasing Company Ltd on this plot and in this regard I am applying to get NOC to Mortgage in the PECH Society Ltd, Karachi. If anyone having any claim should notify with documentary proof under registered post AD to Honorary Secretary PECH Society Ltd, Karachi within seven days. Failing which claim or objection whatsoever shall be treated as null and void and NOC to Mortgage process will be completed.
