OUR client has contracted to purchase Plot No. CIB-23-24, measuring 1000 square yards, situated in Sector No. 16, Korangi Township, Industrial Area, Karachi with RCC construction thereon Sheds, Offices, Godown, Stores, etc, from Mr. Kashif Abbasi son of Justice (R) Amanullah Abbasi, resident of Karachi, free from all dues, taxes and all other liabilities, litigation, suits, disputes, mortgages of whatsoever nature. Any person, bank, authority having any claim should notify us and KDA Karachi and undersigned within (07) days, failing which any claim shall be deemed to have been waived and transfer shall be completed favouring our client.
