Midhat Sami D/o Syed Sami Ahmed, CNIC No. 42101-3530522-8, resident of Karachi through VISTA MAR Cell No. 0322-3605045 with peaceful physical and vacant possession free from all sorts of encumbrances any person / authority having any objection / claim should notify the Sub-Registrar-II, Clifton Town, Karachi and undersigned with documentary evidence under registered A/D within seven days from the date hereof failing which any claim / objection if any shall be deemed to have been waived and transfer of the said property shall be completed in favour of my client.
