IT is to inform that I, the GPA of Flat No. B-305, Iqra City Sector 12, Scheme-33, Karachi had lost the original General Power of Attorney, which was executed in my favour by my real daughter namely Sabeen Kiran daughter of Muhammad Yousuf, vide registration No. 4120 Book No. IV dated 08-07-2004 sub-registrar New Karachi Town and M.F. Roll No. 703-IV dated: 24-07-2004. Now the founder is requested to send the above GPA to Sub-Registrar concerned, otherwise I will apply for CTC and the same original GPA will stand as cancel.
