WHEREAS, 1. Mst. Khairun Nisa Khanum (Widow), 2. Syed Amir Hassan (Son), 3. Syed Asim Hassan (Son) & 4. Mst. Shaista Azhar (Daughter) have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer of the property bearing Bungalow on Plot No. 18-B, 4th East Street, Phase-I, measuring 1200 Sq. Yards, Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in their favour on the basis of Letter of Administration in S.M.A No. 246 of 2018 Dated 19/10/2018, issued by High Court of Sindh at Karachi being the sole legal heirs of (Late) Syed Shahid Hassan S/o Syed Tahir Hassan who died on 24/04/2014 as per Death Certificate dated 13/05/2014. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person / persons having any claim, rights or interest in the aforesaid property should file his / her / their objection / objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favour of the above mentioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained.
