TO know all that Late Asif Mirza Beg S/o Mirza Ausaf Ali Beg, was the owner of Immovable Properties (1) Ground Plus Third Floor Building Constructed on Plot bearing No. 3/C, 200 sq. yds, Survey No. 26, Situated at Lane No. 1, Phase-VII, DHA, Karachi & (2) only Basement Floor admeasuring 1050 sq.ft on Plot No. 17/C, 200 sq. yds Survey No. 26, situated at Nishat Lane No. 8, Phase-VI, DHA, Karachi, therefore Late Asif Mirza Beg S/o Mirza Ausaf Ali Beg, was died on 25-06-2011 and left behind the following surviving legal heirs (1) Bilal Mirza (2) Asma Jafar Hussain, & (3) Sahira Javed and now Asma Jafar Hussain & Sahira Javed are relinquishing their respective shares in favour of Bilal Mirza by way of relinquishment deed, before the concern Sub-Registrar-I Clifton Town, Karachi, on the basis of (1) CTC of C Lease Deed, vide RD No. 455, dated 25-01-1993 and (2) CTC of C Lease Deed, vide RD No. 382, dated 07-01-2007 therefore any person having any claim, right, title, lien, heirs or any objection whatsoever, should notify the same to the concerned Sub-Registrar-I Clifton Town, Karachi, and undersigned counsel along with documentary evidence under a Registered A/D cover within seven days from the date of publication of this notice failing which any objection if any shall be deemed to have been waived and transfer / relinquishment deed of the said Property shall be completed.
