PUBLIC at large is informed that Mr. Tariq Ahmad Hussain, Mr. Imran Ahmad Hussain, & Mr. Farooq Ahmad Hussain, sons of late Ahmad Hussain, residents of Phase-II, Hayatabad are due share holders of Plot / House No. 93, in Sector (G-2), measuring 2-Kanal, Phase-II, Hayatabad, vide PDA joint legal heir order No.93/G-2/02-Kanal/1186-1188, dated 23-10-2019, they have appointed / nominated Mohammad Zada S/O Sarzamin, R/o Matta Akhwaan, P.O Baillay Baba, Tehsil Alpuri, District Shangla, having CNIC No. 15501-8581650-7, vide Registered Deed No. 959, Bahi No. 4, Vol 97, dated 24-10-2019 and Mst. Naheed Hussain, D/o Ahmad Hussain, due share holder of above plot / house has nominated / appointed Muhammad Zada through Registered Deed No. 1611, Bahi No. 4, Vol 101, dated 24-12-2019. Now, the attorney holder intends to transfer the said plot / house through this revocable power of attorney. If any bank, loaning agency, person or firm has any objection on this transfer can contact the office of Housing Officer (Transfer), PDA, Phase-V, Hayatabad in writing with proof within 15 days, otherwise the above said plot / house will be transferred and there after no claim will be accepted / entertained.
