I, Naseer Ahmed Awan S/o Mian Muhammad, Resident of House # 64, Phase-V, Khayaban-e-Janbaz, DHA, Karachi, Informed that I am the owner / lessee of Industrial Plots # 136, 137 & 138, Sector-15, KIA, Karachi each plot of measuring 997.56 square yards. Now I have to register declaration and confirmation of oral gift of all plots through CTC lease deed in favor of my son Mr. Ehsan Naseer Awan S/o Naseer Ahmed Awan, in the office of sub registrar, Korangi Town, Karachi which is my legal right. I have not owe any loan from any loan giving agency / Bank towards the said plots nor I have submitted the original lease deed of the said plots in any court of law for surety of any suit/case. The objectors can contact to me or Sub Registrar Korangi Town within seven days of the publication of this notice otherwise transaction will be completed.
