PUBLIC at large is informed that Mr. Khalid Khan s/o Khalil Khan, is the owner of Plot No. 340, Sector A-I, Zone 2, measuring 5 Marlas, Regi Model Town, Peshawar. He has given its power of attorney to Ali Yaman Khan s/o Fazal Raziq through vide Deed No. 155, Bahi No. 04, Volume No. 472, dated 08-01-2004. Now, Mr. Ali Yaman Khan wants to transfer the plot through given attorney. Therefore, if any individual, bank or department (etc) has any objection on this transfer, it should inform the undersigned in writing within 15 days of this advertisement.
