MUHAMMAD Aqib S/o Abdul Razzak has acquired 50% undivided share of Plot bearing No. 12/86, Sheet No. 35-P/1, with double storied Bungalow thereon measuring 258 square yards, situated in Block-3, Karachi Memon Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., by way of Registered Gift Deed No. 1094 on 27-06-2019, before the Sub-Registrar-I, Gulshane Iqbal Town, Karachi, applied for transfer / mutation of said property in his name to Ministry of Housing & Works, Karachi Co-Operative Housing Societies Union Ltd, Karachi and Karachi Memon Cooperative Housing Society, Karachi, free from all encumbrances. Any person / authority having any right, title / interest of any nature in said property or has any objection to this transfer / mutation may notify the same within seven (07) days of this publication in writing to Section Officer, Ministry of Housing & Works, ground floor, Room Nos. 1, 2 & 4, Women Hostel, Opp: Police Headquarter, Garden Road, Karachi, the Managing Director, Karachi Cooperative Housing Societies Union Ltd, SNPA-15, Shaheede Millat Road, Karachi or Secretary Karachi Memon Cooperative Housing Society, Plot No. SNPA-15/A, Block-7/8, KMCHS, Lal Muhammad Choudary Road, near KCHS Union Office, Hill Park, Karachi-75350. All claims / objections therefore shall be deemed to have been waived and this transfer / mutation shall be completed.
