Roshan Bai D/o Ali Muhammad (As per CNIC Roshan Ara W/o Abdul Razzak) member of this Society vide Membership Number 413 and allottee of Plot No. 170, measuring 298 square yards, situated in Block 'A' of Adamjee Nagar, Karachi, has executed Registered sale deed of the Plot in favour of, Ms. Zubaida Ashraf D/o Muhammad Ashraf and have submitted papers for transfer in Society's record. Anybody having any claim/interest in this regard, should convey the same in writing within eight days of this publication to Honorary Secretary, Kathiawar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Adamjee Nagar, Block 'A' Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi, failing which no communication from anybody would be entertained and transfer proceeding would be completed after the period so notified.
