WHEREAS, 1. Mst. Monazha Javaid Iqbal (Widow) 2. Basit Iqbal (Son) & 3. Zoha Iqbal (Daughter) have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer the property bearing Bungalow on Plot No. 105/I, 4th Commercial Street, Phase-IV, measuring 305 square yards, Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in their favor on the basis of Letter of Administration in SMA No. 241 of 2008 dated 04/05/2009, issued by High Court of Sindh at Karachi being the legal heirs of (Late) Mr. Mohammad Javed Iqbal S/o Shaikh Mohammad Abdullah died on 14/09/2008 as per Death Certificate dated 06/10/2008. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person/persons having any claim, rights or interest in the aforesaid property, should file, his/her/their objection / objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favor of the above mentioned legal heirs and no any objection (whatsoever) received will be entertained thereafter.
