THE general public is informed that it has recently come to our knowledge that M/s Golden Oaks Pvt Ltd and M/s Star Marketing have been illegally and without authorisation using the name of our company i.e. M/s Construction Square, in their advertisements for the purpose of promoting their project, namely 8th Arcade. We have also come across a few broachers of the said project in which the name of our company has also been mentioned by them even though we have absolutely nothing to do with those projects. We wish to inform the public that they should not be responsible for any inconvenience or consequences which you might face due to any transaction which you might have in regards to the project, 8th Arcade.
