THIS is in reference to the Public Notice published in Dawn Newspaper on 22nd March 2020 vide which we informed the public on behalf of our client that M/s Golden Oaks Pvt Ltd and M/s Star Marketing have been illegally and without authorisation using the name of our company i.e. M/s Construction Square, in their advertisements for the purpose of promoting their project namely 8th Arcade and that we have absolutely nothing to do with those projects. We sincerely apologise for an honest and unintentional mistake which we made in this notice and wish to rectify that with this present notice. The names of the companies which had been illegally using the name of our client i.e. M/s Construction Square for promoting their project namely 8th Arcade and which we intended to name and refer vide notice dated 22nd March, 2020 were "M/s Golden Oaks Pvt Ltd and M/s 14 Star Marketing" and not "M/s Star Marketing". We sincerely apologise to everyone for this typing mistake of ours and request you to read the public notice published in Dawn Newspaper on 22nd March 2020 with this notice in order to get the right picture. We reiterate that we have no issue with M/s Star Marketing and its M/s 14 Star Marketing which we intended and wish to name and refer to in the public notice published in Dawn Newspaper on 22nd March 2020.
