IT is notified to all concerned that my father Late Zaheer Mirza S/o Wazir Mirza who was the Co-owner of Residential un-leased Plot No. 18/A measuring 1404 sq yds M.A.M.C.H. Society expired on 04-12-2011 leaving behind the following legal heirs 1) Khalid Mirza 2) Mr. Naveed Zaheer 3) Mr. Salman Zaheer 4) Mst. Shamim Zaheer and 5) Mrs. Sadia Zaheer Kamran, Widow Sons & Daughter of Late Zaheer Mirza S/o Wazir Mirza, and that the Hon'able High Court of Sindh at Karachi has appointed the applicant (Khalid Mirza) as an Administrator in SMA No. 186 of 2017 dated 06-04-2018. I have approached the Society for the transfer of undivided share of my late father in the names of all legal heirs. Any person / agency having any objection or claim over the transfer of undivided share of Plot No. 18/A measuring 1404 sq yds should notify in writing to the Honorary Secretary of Moulana Mohammad Ali Jouhar Memorial Co-operative Housing Society Ltd at 64/21/B Miran Muhammad Shah Road, Karachi and Section Officer, (EVI) Ministry of Housing & Works Division Islamabad with documentary evidence within seven days from the date of this publication, failing which claim or objection whatsoever shall be treated as null and void and the transfer formalities of undivided share of Plot No. 18/A, in the names of legal heirs will be completed in all respect and objection shall not be entertained.
