THIS public notice is for General Information that I, Muhammad Siraj Son of Taj Muhammad have a serious dispute as to ownership of a Building constructed and situated on Plot No. 106, measuring 133.33 square yards situated in Prescient "B" on a 30' wide circulation street of general category, commonly known as "Midway Commercial", Bahria Town Karachi. This Plot of land and the Building thereon is the subject matter of a court case vide Civil Suit No. 130 of 2020 Pending Adjudication in the High Court of Sindh Karachi. Any one interested for having any interest in the sale and purchase of the property is hereby notified and warned that any act concerning the above mentioned property will always be subject to final decision of the High Court in Suit No. 130 of 2020. Cost and consequences may noted.
