Hina Malik has obtained a decree of dissolution of marriage against her husband Muhammad Rehan Khan from the court of Mr. Abdul Maneem Judge Family Court, Lahore dated 27-01-2020 and submitted in the said council to make it affective. In this connection, the notices/Regd. notices have been issued to Party-II Muhammad Rehan Khan and Party-II is not responding deliberately. Therefore, the Party-II is directed through newspaper to attend the council in person or through counsel on 11.06.2020 at 10:00am, failing which, ex-parte proceedings shall be initiated against you and divorce certificate will be issued in this regard.
