GENERAL Public is hereby informed that Authorized Director of Gems Banquet (Pvt) Ltd, Mr. M. Yaqoob Wadiwala has lawfully acquired a lease hold commercial plot of land bearing No. 34-A/7 Block 7/8 situated in the area of Kathiawar Co-operative Housing Society by virtue of Conveyance deed 06-10-2017 from its previous owner, Mr. Muhammad Nasir S/o Muhammad lqbal through his duly constituted attonerys viz. (1) Mr. Furqan Bilal S/o Bilal Mian, (2) Mr. Nauman S/o Muhammad Aslam. Now the Transfree request KCHS Union and Ministry of Works, Islamabad and Karachi to mutate the aforesaid property on my name. Any person, Authority or Bank having any objection, claim or interest over the said property should convey the same with documentary evidence within (7) seven days from the date of this publication to Law Officer, KECHS Union Ltd, Karachi, Ministry of Housing and Works Division Islamabad / Karachi failing which no claim or objection shall be entertained after the expiry of date so notified and transfer / mutation proceedings will be completed in favour of the applicants.
