OUR client has agreed to purchase Apartment No. 401, fourth floor, in Tower "A" measuring 2244.49 square feet, "EMPIRE RESIDENCY" Sub-Plot No. I, of Plot Survey No. 44, Sheet No. FT-2, situated in Frere Town Quarters, Karachi, from (1) Mr. Muhammad Ahmed son of Muhammad Yaqoob, CNIC No. 42301-8538733-5 (2) Mrs. Tanzeela Ahmed wife of Muhammad Ahmed & daughter of Muhammad Shahid Memon, CNIC No. 42201-5305652-0 with peaceful physical vacant possession and free from all encumbrances, charges, liens, mortgages, disputes, litigations, demands and dues. Any persons, banks, authorities, having any claim / objection should notify the same to us as well as Sub-Registrar-II, Clifton Town, Karachi, with documentary evidence within seven days. Failing which all claims / objections shall be deemed to have been waived and abandoned.
