THE public is hereby notified that our client is in process to purchase a 4 acre (19360 square yards) from VF-II land allotted and regularized by Board of Revenue vide letter No. 01-49-02/SO-VII/06/09 dated 20-01-2009 for residential / commercial or industrial Land Entry No. 60/ Dt. 14-05-2009 from NC No. 26 Deh Rehri District Malir, Karachi from its real owner Mr. Muhammad Rafique Baloch S/o Fateh Muhammad Baloch holding CNIC No. 423017-748986-7 and the said property is free from all liens, claims, demands, mortgages, charges, dues, taxes, disputes, litigations and encumbrances of whatsoever nature with marketable title and with vacant peaceful physical possession. It is further notified that the earlier General Power of attorney dated 16.10.2008 given by my client to Mr. Muhammad Rafique S/o Muhammad Shafi holding CNIC No. 42301-3717827-7 is hereby treated as null and void due to death of said Mr. Muhammad Rafique S/o Muhammad Shafi on 05.03.2013 as per law. Any person(s), companies, banks or financial institutions, authorities and agencies, functioning under local government, provincial & federal Government, Corporation having any claim, rights title, interest lien or any objection(s), of whatsoever nature to the sale / transfer of the said property should notify the same to the undersigned in writing along with documentary evidence under Registered A/D within 07 days from the date hereof, failing which all claims, liens, objections whatsoever nature shall be deemed to have been waived and sale transaction of the said property shall be completed in favor of my client.
