OUR client has agreed to purchase Apartment No. A-405, 4th Floor, measuring 1350 square feet, SAIMA SPRINGFIELD APARTMENTS Sub-Plot No.V, in Block-A, constructed on Plot bearing Survey No.18, Sheet No.FT-3, situated in Frere Town Quarters, Karachi, from (1) Mr. Shabbir Husain Mandsaurwala son of Mohsin Ali Mandsaurwala CNIC No. 42301-8658659-3 & (2) Mrs. Samina Shabbir Mandsaurwala wife of Shabbir Husain Mandsaurwala, CNIC No. 42301-0936688-6 with peaceful physical vacant possession and free from all encumbrances, charges, liens, mortgages, disputes, litigations, demands and dues. Any persons, banks, authorities, having any claim/objection should notify the same to us as well as Sub-Registrar-II, Clifton Town, Karachi, with documentary evidence within seven days. Failing which all claims/objections shall be deemed to have been waived and abandoned.
