PUBLIC at large is informed that Mr. Zakir Ullah, S/o Swal Zar Khan, is the owner of Plot No. 518, Sector F-10, Phase 6, measuring 5 marlas, Hayatabad, Peshawar. He has given its power of attorney to Shah Jehan S/o Abdul Ghani, through vide Deed No. 1348, Bahi No. 04, Volume No. 109, dated 25-06-2020. Now, Mr. Shah Jehan wants to transfer the plot through given attorney. Therefore, if any individual, bank or department (etc) has any objection on this transfer, it should inform the undersigned in writing within 15 days of this advertisement.
