THAT my client is entered into agreement of sale for purchasing Plot No. GRW-26, Old Survey No. 5T 5U 5S, Sheet No. I-1, total measuring 716 square yards, situated at Garden West Quarters, Karachi along with all of its rights claims, share, interest and other benefits from Mr. Farid Ali Shah S/o Baboo Ali Shah, through his Attorneys (1) Syed Shahid Ali Shah S/o Syed Baboo Ali Shah CNIC No. 42301-6776867-9 & (2) Muhammad Rizwan S/o Abdul Ghaffar CNIC No. 42301-6269580-9, free from all encumbrances, charges, demands and dues whatsoever any person / authority having any claim / objection should notify the same to the undersigned writing with documentary proof within 7 days from the date hereof, failing which claims or objections, if any shall be deemed to have been waived and sale / transfer shall be completed in favour of my client.
