PUBLIC at large is informed that Mr. Ahmed Habib Gohar s/o Muhammad Habib is the owner of Plot No. 690, Sector F-8, Phase 6, measuring 5 marla, Hayatabad Peshawar, He has appointed and constitutrd Khalid Habib s/o Ahmed Habib Gohar through this general power of attorney vide deed No. 560, Bahi No. 04,Volume No. 95, dated 05-09-2019. Now, Mr. Khalid Habib wants to transfer the plot through the given attorney, Therefore, if any bank, department, firm or individual has/ have any objection on this transfer, he should contact the undersigned with the written proof within 15 days.
