PUBLIC at large is informed that Mr. Zia Ur Rehman s/o Johar Khan is the owner of Plot No. 468, Sector D/4, measuring 5 marlas, in Phase I Hayatabad Peshawar. He has given its power of attorney to Mr. Asghar Khan s/o Daulat Khan through vide Deed No. 1128, Bahi No. 04, Volume No. 99, dated 08/11/2019. Now, Mr. Asghar Khan wants to transfer the plot through the given attorney. Therefore, if any individual, bank or department (etc) has any objection on this transfer, it should inform the undersigned in writing within 15 days of this advertisement.
