IT is notified for public information that my clients have entered into Agreement to sell with Tahira Sabir WD/o Muhammad Sabir, (2) Muhammad Hashim S/o Muhammad Sabir and (3) Um-e-Farwah Fahad W/o Fahad Farooq D/o Muhammad Sabir, their 25% divided share comprising of entire first floor occupied by the tenants and entire fourth floor with roof top and agreed to handover vacant possession in property bearing Sheet No. RB-6, Survey No. 78 (Old Survey No. B-6/ 7) entire plot measuring 580 square yards with building constructed thereon situated at Ram Bagh Quarters, Hormusji Street, Gari Khata, Karachi.
