(1) Mr. Muhammad Iqbal (2) Abdul Razzak and (3) Younus Abdul Karim member of this Society vide Membership No. 852 and allottee of Plot No. 34/165, measuring 298 square yards situated in Block 'A' of Adamjee Nagar. In the above Mr. Younus Abdul Karim died on 17-10-2019 and his legal heirs namely; (1) Mst. Hameeda (Widow) (2) Mrs. Aisha Iqbal (Daughter) and (3) Abdullah Younus Mukaty (Son) have applied for transfer of Plot in their names by virtue of inheritance. Now the property will be in the name of (1) Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Abdul Karim (1/3 Share) (2) Mr. Abdul Razzak (1/3 Share) existing and 1/3 share in the name of legal heirs of Younus Abdul Karim (3) Mst. Hameeda (4) Abdullah Younus Mukaty and (5) Aisha Iqbal. Anybody having any claim / interest in this regard, should convey the same in writing within eight days of this publication to Honorary Secretary, Kathiawar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Adamjee Nagar, Block 'A' Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi, failing which no communication from anybody would be entertained and transfer proceeding would be completed after the period so notified.
