IT is to notify for General Public that Mir Ibrahim Rahman S/o Mir Shakil ur Rahman, member of the Sindhi Muslim Cooperative Housing Society Limited Karachi and also owner / transferee of Residential Plot No. 27 Block 'B', measuring 1222.2 square yards, bearing City Survey No. 278, situated at main Shahrah-e-Faisal in S.M.C.H. Society Ltd, Karachi has applied to the Society for issuance of "N.O.C" for conversion of the above said Plot into Commercial one. Any person or persons and any Financial Institution having any objection or claim for the conversion of the above said Residential into commercial one of the said Plot should inform the undersigned in writing with proper documentary evidence within Fourteen (14) days hereof failing which the needful will be done accordingly after the approval of the Managing Committee of S.M.C.H Society Ltd, Karachi as well as on completion of all legal procedural formalities and objection / claims, if any shall not be entertained and will be deemed to have been waived. Note: The said Plot cannot be used for Wedding-lawn / Hall / Cinema-hall / Petrol-pump / Guest-House / Shopping-Plaza / Super-market / Hospital / Clinic / CNG-station / Cineplex etc. The undertakings for the same has already been submitted by the member allottee. In case of violation of any clause of these undertakings, the allotment order / Sub-lease / mutation-letter of the plot shall stand cancelled.
