MY client has contracted to Purchase Bungalow (Ground+First Floor) on residential Plot No.13/6 (Commonly known as Plot No. 5) measuring 1023.2 square yards situated at Maqbool Cooperative Housing Society Limited Karachi with Physical Possession (on the basis of certified true copy of lost conveyance deed in the name of deceased (Late) Kassim S/o Usman Moon died on 24-07-1995) from (1) Farida D/o Kassim and (2) Afshan Saleem Dada W/o Saleem Dada self & general attorneys of (3) Arif Kassim Moon and (4) Shahnaz Khanani W/o Abbas Husain Khanani all daughters / Sons & legal heirs of (late) Kassim S/o Usman Moon. The Property was actually acquired by (1) Jamila (2) Farida (3) Zaitoon (4) Arif Kassim Moon (5) Shahnaz Khanani W/o Abbas Husain Khanani & (6) Afshan Saleem Dada W/o Saleem Dada by way of inheritance from their deceased father (Late) Kassim S/o Usman Moon and thereafter (1) Jamila and (2) Zaitoon relinquished their respective shares in the said property in favour of their sisters (1) Farida D/o Kassim and (2) Afshan Saleem Dada W/o Saleem Dada through deed of relinquishment registered at No. 723 of Book No. 1 before Sub-Registrar-I Jamshed Town Karachi dated 04-03-2019 and DSU Khi bor Sindh RD. 723 / SRO. 17 / Doctype: 32 dated: 16-05-2019, free from all claims disputes mortgages litigations liens interest charge and encumbrances of whatsoever nature any person / authority bank financial institution having legal claim against the sellers should notify with relevant legal documents to secretary Maqbool Cooperative Housing Society Office No. 7 Mezzanine Floor Al-Haram Tower II Plot No. 91 Block-3 BMCHS Sharfabad Karachi Managing Director KCHS Union Ltd Plot No. SNPA-15 Shaheed-e-Millat Road Karachi and Section Officer Ministry of Housing and Works Islamabad as well as me with documentary evidence through courier service within 7 days from the date hereof failing which any claim lien objection shall be deemed to have been waived and will not entertain and process of sale deed & mutation shall be completed in favour of my client.
