IT is notified for the public information that my client, has agreed to purchase from Shahida Iqbal W/o Muhammad Iqbal, holding CNIC No. 42201-6823037-2 R/o Karachi, double storey town house No. 10 measuring 247 square yards, Amna Villas having 1 / 16th undivided share in Plot No. 43/1-Q, Survey Sheet No. 35-P/1, Block-6, PECHS, Karachi. Anybody having any objection against the said transaction or any claim against the said Plot should notify the undersign within seven (7) days of the publication of this notice failing which the transaction will be completed and thereafter objections, if any, shall not be considered and the same shall be deemed to have been waived.
