OUR mother Nayyara Haroon Wd/o Haroon Abdul Rehman (Late) who was Bonafide Co Sharer / Khatedar in Land from Naclass No. 90 of Deh Khanto, Taluka Bin Qasim, District Malir Karachi Entry No. 631 Jaryan No. 016 has been expired, leaving behind her Junaid Haroon (Son ), Farhat Maqsood Halim and Farheen Waheed Panjwani (Daughters ) as her only legal heirs. We have applied for Foti Khata Badal in respect of said property. In this regard any person (s) financial institution, department, has any objection / claim / rights over the said property, filed their claim before Mukhtiarkar / Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Bin Qasim, District Malir Karachi along with documentary evidence within 07 days of this publication, otherwise it will assumed that no one has any claim / rights over the said property and mutation of Foti Khata Badal will be made.
