RESIDENTIAL Lease-hold Plot No. 119, Measuring 300 square yards allotted by Kathiawar Society on joint names Mst. Momin Bibi W/o Aboobakar and Safia Bibi W/o Abdul Majid Orawala assigned 50% undivided share, 150 square yards, First Floor by Registered Conveyance deed through GPA Mohammad Bashir dated 18.2.1989. Mst. Zeenat W/o Zakaria Suleman transferred 50% undivided share in favour of her real sons Mahmood S/o Zakaria Suleman and Ahmed Zakaria Cutlerywala S/o Zakaria Suleman Cuttlerywala by virtue Registered Declaration and Confirmation Oral Gift. Both Donees have accepted gift deed and having possession of First Floor. Mst. Momin Bibi owner of Ground Floor measuring 150 square yards out of 300 square yards expired at Karachi leaving behind 2 sons and 4 daughters as surviving legal heirs namely: 1. Aziz Aboobakar 2. Razia Bano 3. Mrs. Ambreen Salim 4. Mrs. Rukhsana Yaqoob 5. Perveen Rafiq 6. Furqan Aboobakar. The names at serial 1 to 5 surrendered their respective shares and leasehold right in favour of named at serial No. 6 Furqan Abubakar through Registered Relinquishment deed dated 30th April 2005. The Relinquisee sold out 50% undivided share to Mr. Amin Abdul Ghaffar through sale deed dated 26.07.2005. As lawful owner Mr. Amin Abdul Ghaffar transferred his 50% undivided share to Mrs. Hajra Bai W/o Yousuf through sale deed dated 21st March, 2009. Now Mrs. Hajra Bai W/o Yousuf and owner ground floor and 50% undivided share in main plot and Mr. Mahmood S/o Zakaria Suleman Cutleriwala and Mr. Ahmed S/o Zakaria Suleman Cutleriwala both joint owners of First Floor and 50% undivided share in main Plot No. 119 measuring 300 square yards both parties have submitted papers for transfer of said property to record their names as co-sharers in KCHS record. Anybody having any claim / interest in this regard, should convey same in writing within eight days of this publication to Honorary Secretary, Kathiawar Co-operative Housing Society, Adamjee Nagar, Block 'A' Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi, failing which no communication from anybody would be entertained and transfer proceeding would be completed after the period so notified.
