Case Titled: Amanullah Vs Abdul Rehman, Ahmad yar, Aurangzaib, Basheer Ahmad, sons Hakim Bibi widow, Naseem Akhtar d/o Shah Nawaz, Imdad Hussain, Nazar Hussain, Mazhar Husain sons of Allah Wasaya Caste Baloch Lashari r/o Moza Sargani Thal Tehsil Karor District Layyah, Civil revision, whereas in above mentioned case it has been proved to the satisfaction of court that the person served in the ordinary way, it is therefore, proclaimed under order 5, Rule 20 of CPC that the said person shall appear personally or through duly authorized representative or pleader in the court on 19-01-2021 at 09:00am otherwise the proceedings will be taken against you exparte.
