MY client has agreed to purchase from MR. MUHAMMAD NAEEM son of Mr. Abdul Aziz, All that PLOT NO. 191-Q, Survey Sheet No. 35-P/1, measuring 600 square yards, with residential house constructed thereon, along with fittings, fixtures and utilities therein installed, situated in BLOCK NO. 2, PECH SOCIETY, Karachi, with valid, subsisting and marketable title, free from all encumbrances, charges, taxes, dues, duties, burdens, mortgages, litigation, ground rent, premium, disputes, liens, etc of any nature whatsoever with possession. All persons / institutions having any claim, right, title or interest in the said Property are required to inform (1) The Secretary, PECH Society, Karachi, (2) The Section Officer, Ministry of Works and Housing, Government of Pakistan, Camp Office Karachi, and (3) The Undersigned; under Registered AD cover with documentary evidence within seven days, failing which all claims / objections received thereafter shall be considered and treated as waived and the sale, transfer and mutation of the said Property shall be completed in favour of my client.
