THIS is to inform the Public at Large that our client has entered into agreement to purchase Built-up Leasehold Residential Plot of land Bearing No. 26/I, admeasuring 983.33 square yards or thereabouts, Situated at 18th Street of Phase V, of the Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority, Karachi, and all construction thereupon along with all titles, rights, easements, benefits, appurtenant and privileges, from (1) Mr. Habib Ur Rehman son of Aziz Ur Rehman (Late), having CNIC No. 42000-0492531-7 and (2) Mr. Ebaad Ur Rehman Son of Aziz Ur Rehman resident, having CNIC No. 42000-0492532-1, both residents of of House No. 26/I, 18th Street, Phase V, DHA, who are the legal heirs of the previous owner, Late Mst. Nazma Aziz W/o Aziz Ur Rehman (Late), having CNIC No. 42000-04513578-8 Karachi, free from all encumbrances, liens, charges, liabilities, litigations, mortgages, claims, adverse interests, easements, possessory rights, disputes and outstanding dues, levies and payables of whatsoever nature, by way of irrevocable transfer of title and delivery of peaceful and vacant possession. If any person, entity, institution, bank, authority, department or functionary having any interest, claim, right, title, lien, charge, mortgage or any form of objection over the said property or to the agreement of sale, should notify our office in writing, through courier or registered post, along with all documentary evidence to support any objection or claim, at the address below within 5 (five) days of this notice. Failure to notify us of any objection or claim within the stipulated time or manner shall be construed as a waiver of any such objection or claim without any consequence to our client or to the seller or to the property and the transaction shall be concluded accordingly.
