Any person, authority / bank, institute or agency having claim or objection should notify to Sub-Registrar-I Clifton Town Karachi and us with documentary evidence within seven days from the date hereof failing which all claims, objection shall be deemed to have been waived and the transaction shall be completed in my favour.
