MY client has contracted to purchase double storey bungalow constructed on Plot No. F-37, measuring 500 square yards, situated at Block-5, KDA Scheme No. 5, Kehkashan, Clifton, Karachi, through M/s Khanani Estate free from all disputes, mortgages, with complete vacant possession from its owner Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Hakim S/o Mr. Muhammad Rafi Hakim, CNIC No. 42301-2397783-7, resident of Karachi. Anyone having any claim, right or share in the said property should notify the undersigned along with documentary evidence within seven days, failing which objection if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the said property shall be transferred in favour of my client.
