OUR client has contracted to purchase Plot No. 25-E, Sahil Street 26, Phase-VIII E-8, DHA Karachi, measuring Approx 500 square yards, from Mrs. Shahnaz W/o Abdul Hameed, holder of CNIC: 42301-5875221-2, resident of Karachi. Any person, bank or concerned authority, having any objection, claim, right, title, interest or share of any nature whatsoever on the sale of above said property, should notify to DHA Karachi and the undersigned, along with documentary evidence under registered post within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which claims, lien or objections if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the transaction of the said property shall be transferred in favour of our client.
