PUBLIC at large is informed that Mr (1) Nasir Iqbal Khan (2) Mr. Javaid Iqbal S/o Muhammad Iqbal Khan (Late) (3) Mst Farrukh Ambareen D/o Muhammad Iqbal Khan (Late), is the owners of a Plot No House no 194 Sector D/4 measuring 05 Marla at Phase 1 Hayatabad Peshawar. He has given its power of attorney to Mr Muzaffar Aziz Iqbal S/o Muhammad Iqbal Khan (Late) through vide (1) Deed No. 612 Bahi No. 4, Volume No. 166 Date 16-03-2022 (2) Vide Deed No 603 Bahi No 4 Volume No 166 Date 15-03-2022 (3) Vide Deed No 613 Bahi No 4 Volume No 166 Date 16-03- 2022 Now, Mr Muzaffar Aziz Iqbal want to transfer the Plot through given attorneys. Therefore, if any Bank, department, firm or individual have any objection on this transfer, he should contact the undersigned with written proof his 15 days.
