MR. NADEEM SULEMANI with complete peaceful physical and vacant possession, free from all liens, claims, liabilities, dues, mortgages, or any other encumbrances whatsoever in nature. Any person / bank / legal entity / authority having any objection / claim should notify the same to us, or Administrator DHA Karachi with documentary evidence, within (7) days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which any claim, objection etc. shall be deemed to have been waived off and abandoned and the transaction shall be completed favouring our client.
