OUR client have contracted to purchase Industrial Plot No. K-116 measuring 5.00 Acre at SITE Nooriabad from M/S Pak Garments Industries through its Sole Proprietor Mr. Faheem Baig, Muslim, adult, holding CNIC No. 61101-9561044-7, resident of Karachi, If anyone has any objection regarding the said Plot, he should inform the Secretary SITE Ltd, Manghoo Pir Road Karachi. with documentary evidence within seven days from the date hereof failing which all claims, objections received thereafter shall be considered as waived and transfer of the above plot shall be completed in our client favor.
