IN the Court of Saddique Ahmed Sb Civil Judge Ghazi Haripur case title Muhammad Fiaz vs Khawas Baig to Muhammad Ismail son of Niaz Hussain Thair Ali son of Gulam Qadir Resident of Dahmoo Dakhli Kher Bara Tehsil Ghazi District Haripur No 12 present Address out of Country Whereas in the above-mentioned mentioned case he it has been proved to the satisfaction of the court that the above mentioned defendant cannot be served in the ordinary way, it is, therefore, proclaimed under Order 5, Rule 20 CPC that if the said defendant will / shall not appear personally or through a duly authorized agent or pleader in Court at 8 am on 06-07-2022, the proceedings will be taken ex-parte. No arguments of by any nature shall be coming entertained thereafter. Given under my hand and seal of this Court.
