Nafees and (10) Ahad Nafees S/o (Late) S.M. Nafees, vide Declaration & Confirmation of Oral Gift, duly registered before Sub-Registrar-T Division-I Karachi at No. 4439 Book No. I dated 26.09.1992 and M.F. Roll No. 1630 dated 07.10.1992 Photo-Registrar, Karachi. (1) Mrs. Rehana Nafees Wd/o (late) S.M. Nafees (2) Omaima Nafees D/o (Late) S.M. Nafees (3) Reema Nafees D/o (Late) S.M. Nafees (4) Muniba Nafees D/o (Late) S.M. Nafees (5) Muniza Nafees D/o (Late) S.M. Nafees (6) Bushra Nafees D/o (Late) S.M. Nafees (7) Zoha Nafees D/o (Late) S.M. Nafees have now applied to the SMCH Society for recording of registered Oral Gift / transfer of the said Residential Bungalow on above said Plot along with (05) Five Shares valued at Rs. 250/- standing in the name of Mr. Abdul Latif Khan (now deceased) S/o Abdul Rehman Khan to be transferred in the name of (Mr. Yaseen Nafees S/o (Late) S.M. Nafees to be the "Principal Holder". Any person or persons or Financial Institution having any objection/claims against the recording of the said registered Gift of the Residential Bungalow on Plot No. 58, Block 'A' SMCHS Karachi standing in their joint names to be transferred in the joint names (1) Mrs. Rehana Nafees Wd/o (Late) S.M. Nafees along with (05) Five shares valued at Rs. 250/- standing in the name of Mr. Abdul Latif Khan (now deceased) S/o Abdul Rehman Khan to be transferred in the name of Mr. Yaseen Nafees S/o (Late) S.M. Nafees to be the "Principal Holder", should inform the undersigned in writing with proper documentary evidence within (14) fourteen days on publication of this notice hereof failing which the needful will be done after the approval of the Managing Committee and objection/claim if any shall not be entertained and shall be deemed to have been waived. Note: The said plot is purely a residential bungalow plot. No bifurcation / sub-division is allowed.
