PROGRESSIVE EDUCATION NETWORK NOTICE INVITING TENDER (1) Progressive Education Network in Collaboration with Community Development Program, P&D, GoS Phase VI is Implementing an Educational project in different PEN Schools in Thatta. Sealed Tenders on item rate basis are invited on prescribed from interested parties / vendors/ firms registered with SBR, Income Tax, SNTN, GST (as the case may be) possessing at least three years related experience in I.T, solar system, UPS , Science Labs equipments, furniture and Educational Material respectively. The bids shall be based on the single stage one envelope procedure Under Rule No. 46 (1) of SPPRA-Rules Amended 2017. (2) Tender documents can be obtained against the written request from the Office of Head of Logistics & Infrastructure - PEN-CDP Plot No. C117, Sector 31, Mehran Town Extension Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi with a Pay Order/ Demand Draft as Tender Fee Rs. 500/- for each (nonrefundable) in favour of 'Progressive Education Network' on any working day during office hours from 17th July 2019 to 1st Aug 2019 and can be download from PEN website: www.pen.org.pk (3) The filled sealed Tenders will be received back till 1st Aug 2019 by 12:00 hours and will be opened on same day at 15:00 hours in the PEN Regional Office, Karachi.
