Currently we are seeking for 01 Candidate who can commit their services on long term basis for the position of IMPORT & EXPORT MANAGER . Candidate must be well presentable and must be fluent in English both in speaking and written. QUALIFICATION - MBA, M.Com, CA, ACCA, ICMA, CPA. JOB LOCATION : Karachi - Pakistan. EXPERIENCE : At Least 2-5 Years in Import & Export and Good Computer Skills. Preference will be given to those candidates who have a complete knowledge Import & Export LC"s & documentation, Correspondence with all shipping lines in Pakistan and Internationally. JOB DESCRIPTION : a) Prepare all shipping documents and maintain its records. b) Plan & Logistics arrangements for GSM Local Export. c) Liaison with Customer/Supplier and Arrange Import Document of Direct Shipments, importing into Thailand.(Manage complete account of shipping line & Customer). d) Co-ordinate with operation department for daily work activity such as: (Inspection report, Stock report, Loading sheet, Pictures of the stock etc.) e). Co-ordination with suppliers for the collection of all import documents such as: Signed PO, Inspection & loading reports, copy of all import shipping documents & DHL tracking no to track documents status. Co-ordination regarding any claim on supplier part etc. f). Correspondence with freight forwarder, clearing agent, shipping line and Insurance Company for the export related works. g). Correspondence with bank for e-forms and all export related matters. h). Prepare consignment closing and submit to accounts department.
