WE are a fast growing construction company in Karachi and looking for Quantity Surveyor (MEP) for our High Rise Residential Projects in Karachi. QUANTITY SURVEYOR MEP (MECHANCAL / ELECTRICAL / PLUMBING): 1) Candidate should have 12-15 years experience working in the capacity of Quantity Surveyor MEP. 2) Must have a firm knowledge base of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and HVAC systems and their standard practices. 3) Carrying out Feasibility studies, Preparing plans, Contracts, Budget, Bills of Quantities and other documentation. 4) Degree / B.Tech or Diploma any other suitable qualification in a relevant MEP discipline with rich relevant experience will be preferred in High Rise Residential Project. 5) Should have knowledge of Computer Software (AutoCad etc.), and MS Office.
