FARMER / Agricultures required: A Hydroponic Farm and Flower Farm is looking for the following candidate: RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Oversee the cultivation, maintenance and harvesting of plants. 2) Managing and Controlling plant Diseases and Insects. 3) Assist in the development of fertilizer (NPK etc.) for various types of plants. 4) Keeping uptodate with ongoing developments in the field of agriculture. 5) Ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met. 6) Train, instruct and motivate junior staff: ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 1) 5 years of experience in agriculture. 2) Physical fitness and the ability to work in physically demanding environment. 3) Writing and verbal communication skills. 4) Candidate should have transport of his own. 5) Job site is located in Sindh.
