REPUTABLE trading company is looking for ADMIN / BRANCH EXECUTIVE for branch office in ISLAMABAD. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets. Maintain and update company database. 2. Organise a filing system for important and confidential company documents. 3. Answer queries by employees and clients. 4. Update office policies as needed. 5. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages). 6. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned. 7. Arrange travel and accommodations. 8. Schedule in-house and external events. 9. Supervise Accounts, Audit & Recovery matters. Requirements. Education: Bachelors / Masters in relevant field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in relevant field.
