A leading export oriented KNITWEAR manufacturing company located at main Korangi requires the services of dynamic and result oriented staff as under. SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGERS: 7-10 years of experience in the knitted garments industry, the production manager will be required to manage all areas including Cutting, Stitching and Packing with quality standards. ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGERS: 3-6 years of experience in the knitted garments industry. The Assistant Production Manager will be required to assist Unit Manager and ensuring proper coordination in order to fulfill targets assigned. QUALITY MANAGER: B.E/DAE Textile with 8-10 years of experience in quality. Can set in-house quality procedures, assess Customer requirement and customer complaints. EXPORT MANAGER / ASSISTANT: Full hand experience in preparing and clearing shipments, completing and submitting export documents to bank, preparing Rebate/DLTL/RDA cell documents, renewing bond licenses. Abilities to run team and ensure smooth operations. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER: Highly experienced candidate is required for handling HR related matters, preparing payrolls, conducting audits, handling matters related to EOBI/SESSI / Labour Courts and ensure policies are well in line with labour laws and acts. CUTTING MANAGER: Minimum 7 years of experience in running cutting department affairs. ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER: 1-2 years of experience in the knitted garments industry. Must be Graduate (male/female).
