A construction company based in Karachi requires candidates for the following posts, Project or Site Manager: Minimum B.E (Civil) from a reputed university with atleast 15 plus year experience in construction of high rise residential project. The applicant should be well versed in drawings, contracts, bar bending schedule, boq and other site related activities. The applicant should be a good team leader; can supervise field staff, contractors and can manage site independently. The applicant shall be responsible for quality of work, control of budget and timely completion of work and related activities, should be able to evaluate cost and prepare cost estimate / rate analysis, should have knowledge of Computer Software, including AutoCad, MS Project.
